My focus is creating a community to spread kindness in our world.
Challenge #9: Kindness to Earth!
Get a reusable water bottle or coffee cup.
Donate or resell those gently used items you no longer use.
Pick up litter in your community.
Try a reusable shopping bag.
When we feel better and have more energy, we are more apt to be kind to others.
Share your experience in the comments below. Extra chance for your name in the drawing for telling us how it made you feel and/or posting a picture!
As you share your experiences, it may inspire someone else to be kind. Either way, I will draw a name from all social media and email responses and gift an oil or product. Join me as we start ripples around the country…maybe even the world!
How do you show kindness?
Congratulations to Challenge #8 winner, Kathy M.! She blessed a sick friend and a cousin who gave birth to a baby girl with some delicious meals! In addition, Kathy made a couple doTERRA rollers to help her friend’s immune system. Kathy took her love for cooking and passed on kindness to two families! Great connections! She wins a Two – Pack Brownie from Send Out Cards.
Be sure to join Challenge #9 Kindness to Earth! in the comments below, on Facebook, or share with me via email to be entered in the drawing this month.
Thank you to Farmer Jones: Children at AVBG Earth Day Festival on April 23 drew these posters, using the backs of old museum posters. We hung their posters up on a line that was recovered from a canopy thrown into the trash at a previous event.
Some of the Earth Day posters are now displayed at the kiosk in the Bugs, Birds & Butterflies Children’s Garden at AVBG.
I use a reusable water bottle and trash bags made from recycled materials, as well as biking or using the subway whenever possible in order to be kind to the Earth.
Those are great examples of how to be kind to the Earth!
