Get a reusable water bottle or coffee cup.
Donate or resell those gently used items you no longer use.
Pick up litter in your community.
Try a reusable shopping bag.
When we feel better and have more energy, we are more apt to be kind to others.

Congratulations to Challenge #8 winner, Kathy M.! She blessed a sick friend and a cousin who gave birth to a baby girl with some delicious meals!
