Challenge #8: Connect with Others!

How do you use your unique gifts to show compassion and help others?

Send a text, card or gift to someone you haven’t seen or talked to in a while.

Surprise them with a phone call or unexpected visit. Meet them for tea or coffee.

Show someone your kindness!

When we feel better and have more energy, we are more apt to be kind to others.

Share your experience in the comments below or under Challenge #8: Connect with Others! on Facebook or send me an email.

(Extra chance for your name in the drawing for telling us how it made you feel and/or posting a picture)!

As you share your experiences, it may inspire someone else to be kind. Either way, I will draw a name from all social media and email responses and gift an oil or product. Join me as we start ripples around the country…maybe even the world!

How do you show kindness?
Congratulations to Challenge #7 winner, Karen S.! She finds and engages in something that she loves to do like drawing or making jewelry to show love to herself. Sometimes she just takes a good nap! That sounds wonderful, Karen! She wins Peppermint Beadlets from dōTERRA.

Be sure to join Challenge #8: Connect with Others! in the comments below, on Facebook, or share with me via email to be entered in the drawing this month.

How do you use your unique gifts to show compassion and help others?

I use my unique gift of kindness & community to show compassion and help others thru my community organization called CNC in Oceanside, Ca. It brings me happiness to help others.

  2. I love to cook and wanted to bless a friend with long Covid and a cousin who just had a baby girl. I made Mac and cheese, corn muffins, pork taco pasta, and French Toast Bread Pudding. I just delivered the meals to my friend, who was thrilled with the food, as she’s not feeling up to cooking much. I also put together a couple of Doterra rollers to help her with her immune system. I’ll be delivering the meals to my cousins family tomorrow.

    1. Fantastic! I’m sure your friend and cousin are so happy. You’re an amazing cook! Thanks for sharing!

  3. I think the kindness project is the best. It’s better to give than receive. Donna has been such an inspiration to me and many others.
