“Live in the sunshine. Swim in the sea. Drink in the wild air.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Medical research estimates as much as 90% of illness and disease is stress-related. Don’t have time for a week’s vacation? Consider this: Join Challenge #11: Take 5! Yes, take a 5 minute vacation.

Go outside and soak up the sun.

Take a short walk.

Do some breathing exercises.

Play some music.

Lay in the grass and watch the clouds float by.

When we feel better and have more energy, we are more apt to be kind to others.

Comment below how you take five to be kind to yourself! (Extra Chance for your name in the drawing for telling us how it made you feel and/or posting a picture)!

As you share your experiences, it may inspire someone else to be kind. Either way, I will draw a name from all social media and email responses and gift an oil or product.

Spread kindness with us as we start ripples around the country…maybe even the world!

How do you show kindness?

Congratulations to Challenge #10 winner, Katherine W. She sends thank you cards to her clients. Katherine also sent thank you gifts to her dad’s hospice team and caregivers after he passed. What a beautiful way to show appreciation to others! Katherine wins a 5mL bottle of Northern Escape from dōTERRA.

Be sure to join Challenge #11: Take 5 on the website, Facebook, or share with me via email to be entered in the drawing this month.
